The Challenge
During lockdown, my group of friends across several countries created a weekly/ bi-weekly 'International Corona Bake Off'. This particular challenge was to create a vegetable based dessert.
The Idea
We aimed to show off our baking skills in the hope of winning the most wanted prize: a unique 'International Corona Bake Off' apron.
Connecting the Dots
Gathering the footage took a few hours, while the editing process took 2 days (including sourcing royalty-free music).
The Result
A fun action filled video that showcased our cooking process and result: a 'Beet & Avocado Lime Tart'.
Please note, it was surprisingly good.
